How much does event management cost?
Our transparent all-inclusive fixed-fee pricing ensure you know exactly what you’re investing in, with no surprises. After our initial call, we’ll recommend the right level of support and provide a quote aligned to your requirements.
What information should I include in my enquiry?
If you can, include:
- Event type (conference, exhibition, gala / awards, consulting)
- Proposed date(s) and location
- Estimated attendees
- Key objectives
- Event structure (e.g. abstracts, sponsors, speakers, venue, timelines… etc.)
If you don’t have all the above yet, no problem, send what you have so far.
What happens after I submit the enquiry form?
We’ll review your details and get back to you to book a quick call. On that call we’ll confirm your objectives, dates, event location, and what support you need, then outline the best next step.
Do you offer a complimentary consultation?
Yes. We offer a complimentary initial consultation to understand your event, your priorities, and whether we’re the right event partner for you.
How far in advance should we contact you?
The earlier the better, especially for conferences. If your event is coming up soon, still reach out. We’ll tell you quickly what’s realistic and how we can help.
What types of events do you manage?
We manage conferences, exhibitions and trade shows, and gala-award events. We also provide event consulting.
Can you work with our internal team or committee?
Yes. Many of our clients have internal teams, committees, or volunteers. We’ll integrate as your event partner, bringing structure, timelines, supplier management, and delivery support so your team can focus on their priorities.
Do you provide one point of contact?
Yes. You’ll have a dedicated project manager throughout your event’s lifecycle.
Can you help if were not ready for full event management?
Yes. If you’re planning internally, we can support with event consulting including event audits, planning guidance, and practical tools to keep your event on track.
Do I need to have an Australian Business Number (ABN) to engage you?
Yes. We will only work with organisations that have a registered ABN.
